I can't complain about the apartments themselves which are fine, but the neighbors of this complex are ridiculous. By far the most noisy complex I've ever lived in. Worse than downtown. Gangsta wannabees and thugs like to compete for who has the best system at 3am. Domestic disputes always seemed to happen outside my window. This complex seems to have a high percentage of single mothers who let their kids run around at all hours.

It hasn't changed one bit and it's now 2007. I'm afraid to let my children play outside for fear of harm coming to them. The worst are the relatives of the management. Those brats think because they're relatives work in the office, they can get away with anything. And they're right! Calls to complain do nothing. We end up getting picked on for any violation the office can cook up. Our vehicles are parked crooked. Our balconies have too many chairs. Our kids leave they're toys on said balconies. You name it, we're in violation of it, simply because we complained about a relative of the staff.
