I have a neighbor that has police visits weekly because of their child. Each time her children have a party, they get loud. My husband fusses at them to be quiet and not wake our baby. Each morning after said party HIS car is vandalised and covered with food. I do NOT recommend anyone living here.
The rent is too high for lousy living arrangements. And don't even bother asking for an apartment with a laundry "room" because a washer and dryer will NOT fit in the small closet provided. It's one or the other.

Did you report your complaints to the office staff? I have had similar noise complaints that I reported and they were very responsive in taking care of the situation. This is a big place, the office staff can't correct what they don't know about.

I've complained to the office many times, to no avail. The office knows me by name bacause of my complaints. I look forward to leaving here and could care less if I break my lease. Living here is NOT worth the problems we've had!

move out. our neighbors got out of their lease b/c the cops busted in their aparment without a warrant and they got the wrong apartment AND they had a key from the office. also because of the shooting behind our building a while ago. They got a lawyer and were able to get out becuase in the leases it says that ashley oaks is responsible for providing a safe enviroment. i know i'm about to move. i hate this place. they wanted to complain about our dog because it was too big and say we had to get rid of it but i see pitbulls and rottweilers ALL the time.
