It doesn't matter what your lease starts off on, when you renew, each time you renew, it goes up $20. With the excuse "we're still lower than competition." Not true. Ashley Oaks is doing all they can to try to be more like we're richers. Yet most of the residents are -------- that have more than 6 tenants in 3 bedroom apartments. If you support illegal immigrants, then by all means, choose Ashley Oaks as your choice of residence.

I agree whole heartedly! They raise the rent and they are not making any improvements. They want you to spy on your neighbors and report any violations so they quickly put a notice on your door asking for more money. The bug problem is out of this world, no matter how clean you keep your apartment. The new management is awful. People are moving out at an alarming rate. I have lived for a year, a year too long. Forget about using the pool it is closed more than it is open. The laudry room is nasty and the machines rarley work. Please stay away pay the extra money to live somewhere better.
