Since the new manager has taken over in August 2008, the crime is practically non-existant. The staff has been wonderful, and I have never had a problem with anything in my apartment. They have always come to fix everything within 24 hours and I have been extremely happy.

the manager is an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there's no one getting shot but there are still 15 yearolds humping at the park and plenty of domestic violence! we've had 2 leaks and nobody's even looked at them!

Well its not the managers problem to control peoples out of control teenagers or to fix peoples personal domestic disputes! As far as your leak maybe you should call the office.
