I evidently have been living in a very different apartment than some of the others who have reviewed Atlantic Palms. I've been here since Easter weekend of 2002. I have had no real problems with the exception of some neighbors who like to tail-gate into the complex after hours. I have had problems with other neighbors who don't pick-up after their dogs, but once you mention it to them, they usually comply. Overall I would say it is quiet and clean.
