I was excited to move into Atlantic Palms. It was a new complex and since it was adverterised as a higher end apartment complex I thought the caliber of people living here would be better. I WAS WRONG!

Our neighbors above us leave their dog on the balcony and it urinates onto our patio. REAL pleasant--can?t use the patio. Management won?t do anything about it. I?ve had my tires slashed twice. I had a drunk at my door one Saturday morning at 5 a.m. We?ve had a flyer put out by the police department regarding theft.

If you want cable you have to use their system and it has not worked an entire month since I moved in last June. They said they finally fixed it and that lasted about a week in March.
One of the reviews talked about noise. I not only hear my neighbors water, it sounds like we have a heard of elephants living above us.

I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone until new management takes over. (We've had 3 managers in 10 months). I have even worked with the office in Columbia and received no results. If you like to break all the rules, this is the place for you.
