This is a good place for a college kid or a navy boy.. Just don't bring any small children or pets here.

There are typical parties late at night that sometimes get a bit loud (I can feel the base kicking)

There are complete idiots who drive in the parking lot. I believe most of them think they are driving in the Indy 500. There are no speed bumps to regulate speed or stop signs.

I have seen 1 car accident and we have almost been hit ourselves walking to our own car.

Beware that if you get a garage that you have the chance of being blocked in and not being able to get out by. (This happened 3 times to me and there was plenty of parking available)

When this happened we contacted the security officer who could do nothing to help us.

Other than these few things, it is clean and the security gates work well. That is about it!

The staff could be a bit more pleasant to deal with. They now have new mgmt and staffing has changed.
