This has to be the worst "new" place around.
We move into a brand new apartment & hated it. We heard the neighbors, had ants (on the 3rd floor), people left garbage outside their doors, had people knock on our door at 2, 3, 4 in the morning (wrong apts.).
The garbage dumpster is a story of its own.
The staff is snotty & don't seem to care. (the only nice person was the maintenance man), the gate is a joke & traffic is horrible. To leave the property you risk your life.
What can I say nice' Oh, yeah. When we moved in, we got 3 months free rent & payed a non-refundable refurbishment fee. When we left, we moved our stuff out, THEY CLEANED. Thanks Atlantic Palms.
