When we first moved here in March 2002, the place was brand new and looked great. At that time the management was at least nice to us. Management has changed MANY times since then, the new head manager is decent. Maria, Assistant Manager, is extremely rude and very difficult to work with. However, the leasing consultant, Sarah, does an excellent job, as do the two maintenance guys. Our maintenance work has always been prompt and well-done.

Noise is terrible, the management does nothing about the loud parties. We have had many nights where people knock on our door at 2, 3, 4 a.m. looking for someone else's apartment. The security gates are worthless, since management does nothing to enforce the supposed "no-piggy-backing" policy - anyone who wants in here can easily get in. There have also been many car break ins, and other crime involving drug dealing. As a female, I do not feel safe here at night alone (even on the third floor).

This place has gone downhill over the past two years and we would never recommend this place to any of our friends.
