In the time I've lived here the management has been terrible. They are not very helpful and often times are downright rude and very unpleasant to work with. The noise is bad, parking gets bad at night, lots of car break-ins, poor communications from management, cable usually is not working, and management does little to fix any of the problems and apparently does not care about residents satisfaction. To get anything done one has to work through the management company in Columbia, but then after you do that the on-site management becomes even ruder and less helpful than they were in the first place. I would be embarassed to recommend this place to any friends, co-workers, or relatives - they would surely come to hate me for it.
