I have lived here for 7 months with a roommate and we are most likely going to renew again. We had a problem with the people above us when we first moved in, but we let the Asst. Manager know about it and things are better now. If you are not familiar with the location, the interstate is close by and you can get Downtown quickly-that's where all the action is!
