Well guys let me tell you what its really like to live here, and yes I've paid my rent on time...each time. I've lived at Atlantic Palms for my entire year lease. I enjoyed my apartment...would have loved a bigger kitchen and different carpet...but most of all I would have loved to not be surrounded by noisy noisy neighbors!!! And the parking is conveniently not available past 7 pm. If your lookin for a party this is the place for you!! If you would like a peaceful living experience...keep looking!
Any person who would renew for 18 months here is crazy! I will say that the office staff has always been very friendly and helpful...and Im sure they try to keep the noise down, but its hard for a small staff to control the noise level of the whole community. Just wanted to speak my peice.
