Located conviently next to a college campus. A college I used to attend and I can honestly say the (Dorms)Quads were quiter then this place. Lived here for about 2 years, complained about the same noiesy neighbors for a year and a half, called police countless times. Management seems to be unconcerned. I guess as long as we're both paying our rent on time they will try to keep both residents.

If you dont have a parking space by the time everyone is home from work (6:30pm 7:30pm) you have to park so far your going to need to hail a cab to get to your apartment.

The biggest issue is the noise. 19-24 year old college students whose moms and dads pay their bills and tuition stay up until 3am partying on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and occasionally Sundays. The Kackle of female college students laughing until 2am, running up and down the stairs with thier high heels making loud clicking sounds, Their friends Pounding on the door at 1am as if they were locked in a meat freezer and the only way to escape was to get in their friends apartment.

looking for a new place. will be gone once my lease is up.
