My husband and I moved here after living in the getto (Dorchester Rd) near the Air Force Base. Everything is so much better (well, parking at night can be an issue)than our previous apartment.

I have to agree with previous reviews: 1.Parking is a problem (even though I live in the building with 1 assigned spot, we have to cars and sometimes people take our spot)and 2. Security gate isn't that secure. I've had people make a U turn and follow me in because they don't use a code. Perhaps a pass-key card would be much more effective--but that would only increase security if the entire grounds were gated.

I can hear the upstairs apartment when they are jumping around (must have kids)and also water through the pipes from upper apts. No problems with parties; the officer lives in our building, so that keeps things under congrol.

My apartment is not very well insulated --the other bedrooms are much colder than the living room (yes, the vents are open), but I can deal with that after moving from MN.

Overall, its a great first apartment. We're happy with the price for the footage and location.
