I am a college student that has been living at Atlantic Palms almost two months now. The apartment is great, the management is great, and the maintenance is great. I went to the leasing office because I had a problem with my fridge. Within 2 hours maintenance had checked out the problem and later that day they brought me in a new. This happen in only ONE day and a Friday afternoon at that! FAST, FRIENDLY, SERVICE. New parking areas have been added so parking is no longer a major problem. The gate has always worked and I feel very secure. My neighbors are mainly business people and I have never had a problem with noise or ANYTHING at this complex. The view is great too??I am overlooking the fountain in the pond! These apartments are utopia compared to previous apartments that I have lived in!
