I moved to Atlantic Palms from Pine Harbour apartments in GooseCreek......can we say the ghetto! So for those of you you complain that you dont feel safe, well you have no idea what unnsafe is. The apartments here in general are great. The units in square footage are fairly larger compared to other apartments in North Charleston and have better features inside. The above ceilings unlike other apartments are not paper thin so I have not had a problem with noise coming from above. Although I did have a problem with a few neighbors to my side the the office staff were great about it. The told me that if I should have a problem to call the courteosy officer on the 24 hour emergency line and they would be issued a $465 disturbing the peace tickets, which they were. Some of my other neighbors who I am friends with were also issued tickets. These people do not tolerate noise, so if you have a problem, stop whining about it, report it!!

These apartments are kept very clean and in order. They will charge you a $50 fine for trash left outside your apartment or even beer cans and cig butts left on your porch.
I love the fact that they spray for bugs alot, do termite inspections, and every few months change your air filters. My only complaint would be like they only spray in the kitchen and that cubbard closet....and that its, no other rooms. I undderstand that there is carpet, but my old apartments just sprayed in the corners of each room, Atlantic Palms should do the same.

Maintenance is awesome and very quick. Parking can be a -----, I'm lucky I live next to the office so I have the option to park in front of that building or the mail boxes, I'm not sure what everyone else does.
