Going downhill

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I rented from Atlantic Palms for a year and a half. I found the management and maintence extremely nice. However that all changed after living there for a few months. They got a new manager and the maintence guy left and everything went downhill. Even though the apartments are nice there was always trash over flowing the dumpster. The management staff was extremely rude and the maintenece was ok.
