If you are thinking of applying here...be careful. I applied and after a week and a half with no answers from the office staff as to whether or not I was approved, I decided to cancel. Oh, I could cancel but would not receive a refund on my refurbishing fee of $275! In case you are considering applying here and you change your mind...the application says you can cancel within 72 hours of being approved. Seeing as I couldn't get a straight answer as to whether or not I was approved, I feel as if I should have received my $$$...what do you think' Turns out, I wasn't the only one the staff tried this with. I have since met 3 people (while inquiring about other apartments in the area) that they either did this to them or someone they know. Just be careful!

You should have received your money back. Refurbishment fee is a fee to cover the costs of cleaning and processing once you MOVE OUT. For them to charge you that before you signed the lease or even moved in it asinine.
