I have lived here for 10 months. Fortunatley we have not run in to prblems others have. Remeber this is an apartment complex with many different people and personalities. The staff have always been nice and acted on any questions or problems we may have come across. We live in Bldg 6 which is in the back against the county park. It is very quiet here. Anytime we have gone to the office we have received nothing short of superb service and always staff that go out of their way. If you do complain they have always acted on it. When some pet owners were not abiding by rules like keeping their pets on leashes and cleaning up after them, the office sent a letter warning them they could be possibly fined. The few I saw before are now abiding because of this action and I was even told some have had to pay fines. If you have a problem just let the office know. I am sorry others have had a bad experience. We are delighted to live here and compared to lots and lots of others this place is great!!!!! Parking can be an issue at any complex but for the most part easy to park where we are. As for laundry, we had to wash our clothes in the laundry area until we got our washer/dryer. Across the street is the car wash where you can get change 24/7. I did not expect a change machine because of the size of the laundry facilities which is small. No problem there, just be prepared. You can not have everything done for you. I love being able to wash my car free and they also have a vacuum for your car as well. Again, the Atlantic Palms staff always go out of their way and have ALWAYS been nice!!!! THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!! Try taking care of a complex this size and keep everyone happy. It is almost impossible but here they actually care and act!!!!!! Dont be afraid to live here you will be glad that you did. Enjoy what they have to offer!
