This is not a place for young babies. This is definitely the noisiest place I've ever lived. Every time I lay my daughter down for a nap, the landscaping crew comes by with weedwhackers and leafblowers and wakes her up. They are constantly repairing, drywalling, etc, and running some sort of lift that beeps ALL DAY LONG! Now, they've decided to put in a gas grill near the pool, so I am hearing nothing but chainsaws and jackhammers. Not to mention, my neighbor's dog barks continuously all day long! I've complained 3 times about the barking, but have not noticed any changes. It seems like every week, there is a flyer on your door saying management needs in your apartment for one reason or another, and if you don't answer the door fast enough, they come right in! The one time I was just getting out of the shower and was in a towel! The parties are out of control and include college kids drinking and skinny dipping in the pool after hours. You can't even use the club house because they lock it up when the office closes at 5pm. The boat storage is a joke: you can store about 3 boats back there considering there are hundreds of tenants here. You pay for a luxury apartment home, but all you get is a construction site!
