I have been here 2 years and I am moving out. There is sooo much noise that it drives me up the wall. The tenants downstairs are college students who party until 3 or 4. The tenants upstairs sound like they are going to stomp through the roof. I almost called my insurance company to get apartment insurance because I thought someone was going to come falling through the roof. The parking is ridiculous. If it is only one car per apartment you are fine but when you are like my apartment with three cars for a three bedroom apartment it is crazy. I had to park at the office which is a 3-5 minute walk for me. It took maintanence 3 times to fix my water heater. There is always construction going on. I hear lawnmowers and weedwackers every couple days....Even in the winter. So I do not recommend it. Overpriced.
