This is one of those places that you truly get what you pay for. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, look elsewhere. I could hear entire conversations held by my neighbors. And it rained, well, Charleston floods. The grounds were well maintained, despite the trying weather, although some walking areas were poorly lit. The maintenance staff was kind and considerate, providing good service. The leasing managers weren't especially friendly. Laundry is provided on-site in each building. Don't get an apartment directly outside the laundry!

I am the manager and I believe that this review was posted under Atlantic Palms in error. We do not provide a laundry facility in each building. Each apartment home has washer/dryer connections and we also have a laundry facililty at the clubhouse.
