I love this apartment complex. We've been here just over a year, and while there have been issues (as in every place where you are surrounded by other people... parking, noise, ect...) any requests to managements to resolve these issues is addressed directly. Also, the property manager and staff are very helpful with any needs you may have, and the property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is well maintained, and the business center computers were just upgraded as well. The fitness center has pretty new equipment, and the washers/dryers actually work here. The biggest cons to the place are that the rent is a little expensive (I wouldn't suggest without a roommate) and there are a lot of college students that like to party. But as I noted, the management will help you resolve the issue if a simple "Can you keep it down please'" won't suffice.
