My husband and I moved in a few months ago, and overall are fairly satisfied.
However, there is a lack of communication between the staff members. There have been multiple times where we've paid certain deposits, and several days later we get a call saying that they have "lost" the receipts. Thankfully, my husband kept the receipts and was able to bring them in. Also, after setting up auto-pay for rent, apparently someone didn't enter the information into the system and we received a notice saying we owed a hundred dollars extra for not paying rent on time. A call to the office settled this.
The grounds are beautiful, and it seems like there are people landscaping constantly. However, they start at reasonable times so it doesn't disturb my sleep.
A lot of people don't pick up after their dogs, and it's annoying. If the staff finds out, they have to pay a hefty $250 dollar fine.
Parking is not as bad as many make it out to be. While you may not always get a front row spot, there is ample parking.
We have never really had any problems with noise or noisy neighbors, but that may be because we have a third floor apartment.
The laundry facility does NOT have a change machine, and it costs $3 per load. Each apartment has an actual laundry room with hookups, which is great!
The apartment itself is spacious with large windows and an awesome bathroom. I would say the finishes are pretty good for an apartment, though the carpet had some stains.
The few times we've required maintenance, service has always been prompt and things got fixed the first time.

Overall we like Atlantic Palms, are happy we chose this complex and would recommend it to prospective tenants. Just remember to keep your receipts!
