the place sucks, they dont care about the residents, they lie about everything and its way too much money for what you get. Go find a cheaper better place around charleston in a better location with a better landlord.

I totally agree with this post. The office staff doesn't care about any of the residents...they lie to the residents and the people who live there/hang out in the parking lots drinking their liquor drinks at 9AM are sketch! To top all of that off, the "security gates" are broken 90% of the time and they don't keep anybody out even when they are fixed! This is a terrible property that is over-priced and in a TERRIBLE location. Don't get yourself involved with this property or the people who work there. Stay far away!!
