When I moved in, the carpet wasn't clean. I repeatedly asked the manager to take care of the problem and was always answered with, "It will be taken care of in a week." Never happened. Then when I moved out, they tried to charge me for having a dirty carpet, saying they had to pay the carpet cleaning company. They did however came to fix my shower problem immediately, their own maintenance employees came to do that. I had a fireplace which increased my rent an extra 10 a month. The pool was often dirty, leaves, dead insects and sometimes spider webs lined the edges and surface of the pool.
