#1 - Good space for the $$
#2 - NOISY neighbors that had FREQUENT parties above us til the WEE hours in the morning. We HARDLY ever got sleep on the weekends. One night the noise was SO loud that it SHOOK the windows and walls - literally.
#3 - WATER LEAK / MOLD. We lived in a downstairs apartment and both bedrooms had huge wet splotches on the carpet from bad plumbing / rain / bad insulation. Which caused mold on the walls and ruined some of our furniture... They came to "fix" the mold problem - which consisted of painting over it.
Overall - glad we only lived there for 6 months and not longer!!
