I lived here from early 2005. I started with a roommate and now i am getting my own 2bed 2 bath app. If something broke from AC to the washer and dryer it was fixed from 1-3 days. If a unit had to be replaced it would take them about a week or so if one was not ready to be used. The tenets below me had there dishwasher replaced took 1 week.
1:) Washer and dry where kind of old but worked well. Fixed 2 times with in 24 hours each (water link from house wearring down.
2:) Tile in bathroom started tear up. Was replaced within 1 week with New tile.
3:) They have a pool for the complex that I enjoyed to use.
4:) Small part of the ceiling in the closet fell down from an old link. Was not replaced but never bother me to start with.
5:) Fireplace linked when rained very hard. Was fixed about 3 weeks later.

All in all it may not be the best place to live but I like it. Close to most places I go no major issue with tenets around me.
