we signed a one year lease the apartemnt is very poorly painted can see stucko through the paint and where holes have been. roaches everywhere when we first moved and took forever for them to send someone to spary when i bomd the apt. my self we where informed we where not allowed to do that. diswasher broke the first week here was left 2 weeks with standing water that begain to smell really really bad. i will not renew my lease and i do not recommed anyone signing up. do not be fooled by the lovely model apt. like i was
