Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
i've been living here for a year and a half and haven't had any complaints. the area isn't as bad as people make it seem. when i moved in i had all new appliances installed including a washer, dryer, dishwasher and fridge. any maintenance requests were fixed quickly.
