I have lived here for 7 months now after being a homeowner for 8 years, so I would be pretty picky. The place is clean, new and very nice. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have had no problems with noisy neighbors. I can't say the same form the place we moved from to here (The Islands on James Island - RUN!). Best of all... NO BUGS! Not one. Our rent is a little higher than others but we have a "deluxe model" with gas fireplace and some nice upgrades. It's been a great stay. I would highly recommend it.
