i have never lived here. but have checked it out as a possible place to live. they are very nice apartments. 2 bedrooms are more than enough room where as the 3 bedrooms lose bedroom space with the 3rd bedroom added. not a problem though. just thought i would leave a comment because NONE of the apartments look like the pictures they advertise. except for 12 apartments. i think they were going to be condo but after building 2 buildings they changed their mind and decided to make them apartments. so those pictures are of ONLY those 2 buildings which are full and are not going to be vacant anytime soon because they have people that used to be in houses. there are at least 6-12 apartments that are not finished being built. which are being filled as they finish. the rental staff which there are at least 3 i have delt with and talked to on 3 different times. very nice people but all have said different things on renting here. like 1 said those unfinished apartments will be done before september but will prelease them for anybody now. another said october for those apartments but won't prelease them. and the 3rd person said october to november till they are done and will prelease them but then changed to will not prelease them when her boss walked in. so i'm guessing they are not preleasing but get the right person and they will prelease as long as the boss don't find out.

Great ratings, but can the office staff NOT get involved in the reviews? FOUR on the same day and advertising the complex with square footage? Yeah, sounds like a tenant.
