Well.... too soon to tell....

We moved here in June 2002. We chose the area for its quiet and minimum population of children(of all ages). Until NOW, its been a fabulous place to live, all things considered... apartments ARE what they are...
But. The manager is a bit of a flake I suspect, and has ZERO customer service skills. And apparently poor judgement for placing families in areas of the complex. She has placed a LARGE family with teens in a building that is exclusively occupied by singles and couples, mostly middle aged. Teens do what they do, and the quality of life has begun to deteriorate. But I am waiting on the long term to base my assessment of the resolution. Summer is coming, and we shall see how groups of teens, bored and unsupervised, are handled (or not) in the community. IMO, Lisa did this family a gross dis-service. They SHOULD have been place in a building with OTHER FAMILIES with children. As it is, if the terms of MY lease are upheld, they will most likely end up evicted. Sad, but true.
I hope not.
