Okay so I'm checking out all this info on Hampton Pointe and I just don't get it. I moved in back in November and haven't seen any of this "massive flooding" that everyone is talking about! The grounds are well kept, the area is great and my apartment is HUGE. I mean really, has anyone been downtown Charleston' Now that is flooding! Personally my experience has been above average at this place. The maintenance time is helpful and considerate. The office is staff is friendly and attentive and you can't really go wrong with 900 square feet for one person!
