of my opiniWould not recommend Hampton Pointe Apt due to the following.

1.General overall condition of apt was worn out such as.
A. Carpet was in poor condition and in need of replacement.
B. Vinyl flooring throuhgout was discolored cracking and peeling.
C. Tile around hearth(FP) was poor and cracked.
D. Elect bills in excess if 150.00 plus due non efficent doors,windows and ac/heat.
E. The Front part of the apt was non liveable at times during summer and winter due to improper heating and cooling
F. Constant stinch of mold and rot in apt depending on day. Other neighbors who I have discussed this with have had the same problem and some have moved from my understanding due to this problem. The rot from what I understand was due to rodents in house which have perished. The reason why my apt was vacated from the previous residents.(Neighbor informed me)
I could keep going on all day, but there are many other apt in charleston that I would recommend. The staff is not your friend document anything and everything.
