I moved into Hampton Pointe in October of '04. The size of the apartment overall was wonderful. Large bathroom, plenty of closet space throughout. I loved that the kitchen island had storage underneath (something my new apt doesn't have). The only problems we ever had were typical to the southern climate; bugs and some flooding (although not as bad as some have said). Maintenance always came right away. I never dealt directly with office staff, but my fiance thought they were helpful. My family came down to visit and stayed in the guest suite, which was also wonderful. I could walk to work everyday. The only other problem that really bothered me was mentioned before about the dog owners not cleaning up after their pets in to commons. Sadly, I only had a six month lease and couldn't stay in the area...I would seriously consider moving back though.
