Management has high turnover. The first half of my lease I saw at least 3 staff turnovers. Management does not take noise complaints seriously. Neighbors partied M-F. Could hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Lot of CofC students. Whenever you move out they try to find something to bill you for. I think that is the way the management co in VA operates, as I have seen similar complaints about some of their other properties. I will say Mr. Marvin(if he is still there) is a really good maintenance guy, willing to help out with things that are really not his responsibility. Maintenance is really responsive. The girls in the office are nice, its just that you pay for a helluva lot more than you get. And again, my biggest complaint would be that the walls are thin, and the windows are not double paned so you hear your neighbors outside in front and back, and hear their entire conversation at 3am, and whatever else they are doing in their apartment. I literally had to buy ear plugs to sleep at night.
