I moved in The Islands a little over a year and not long after I moved in Ants started to appear EVERYWHERE my BR, my child's BR, even the bathroom!
When I called the complex to tell them to send someone to spray they said it would be another week! I told them that was unexceptable.
We couldn't even sleep in our rooms b/c they were everywhere! I was asked if I would be ok if my 8 month and I could sleep downstairs until they could get someone to come and spray.
Oh and by the way, they let me know that it would take a few times of spraying before i saw the ants disappear and that i could spray windex on them myself. I talked to other residents who had the same ant issues.

Here are some of my top complaints about The Islands:

--walls are paper thin
--carpet is VERY cheap
--noisy. lots of college kids, young adults having parties.

Bottom Line: This is a really cool place if your in college or just starting out. Just make sure they come and spray the apartment!
