I have lived here for two years and am very satisfied. The area is clean and parklike with really cool ponds and fountains. My townhome is huge with lots of storage space and the largest kitchen around for an apartment. My gal loves that. The rent is reasonable for the area and the location is great. I am just a few minutes from the city or the beach. The parking is not bad, most people respect your spot in front of you door and keep out of it. The office staff is only so-so. Sometimes they are really friendly (at rent time)and sometimes they aren't (when you need to pick up a package) but you find that kind of stuff in most apartments. The maintenance staff gets things done when you call and are pretty cool. Never had an issue with repairs getting done in a timely manner. The noise is what you would expect when you share walls with other people. Not too bad depending on the neighbor. The only drawback is if you get a smoking neighbor...then, you are a smoker as well - secondhand. The smoke infiltrates your space. Some may not care, I don't dig it. If I were home all day having to breathe it, I may have a problem. Luckily, in my two years here, I have had only one smoker move in next door. Other than that, this place is a good place to live and I recommend it if you are looking for a huge apartment, close proximity to the beach and a sweet view. Good bang for the buck.
