I was excited to move into jamison park, much better neighborhood and condition compared to my previous residence before. The lady we delt with, whom toured my wife and I was really nice and helpfull. We felt like we were treated pretty well. That is untill we moved in. A huge problem came about when the complex decided to hold on to my deposits for my move in ($99) and two pet deposits($500 total). I paid these fees on 7/26/09 but they held them and didnt cash the checks untill 9/4/09. This became a huge problem due to the weekend after they cashed them being my birthday and the next day being my wife and I's wedding anniverery. I found out about the extremely late withdrawels when trying to buy my wifes present and could not due to innsuficent funds in my bank account. Not only did they wait SOOO long to withdraw my deposits but 2 days later my rent check went thru as well, completely emptying out my account. Why is it that my deposits took nearly 2 months to be cashed but my rent only took 2 days' Just to be able to do anything for my aniversey/birthday I had to take out a title loan against my car at the last min. I came down to the office the next day and told the girl what happened. She seemed not to care too much and said her manager would be back on monday, took down my contact info and said she would either call me about this that mon or tuesday. I NEVER GOT A FREAKING CALL, so now im in debt to a title loan company due to the complexes mistake and oversight. No call from office personel so of course nothing done to reslove this issue. I WOULD TELL ANYONE I KNOW TO AVOID MOVING INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX, terrible customer service.

Me and my husband moved into jamison in the middle of april. we felt just like you guys did. it was what we thought was safer and nicer and cleaner. but it turns out it isnt. we are still here but about to close on our first home so we can get the hell out of this place! they probably held your deposits so long because you didnt move in yet. but that really isnt good. they should have known better. at the end of this month we will be out and i am going to be so happy!
