The townhomes are not brand new so of course they are going to have thier problems. There are two parking spaces located outside your back door (which can present a problem if you have more than two cars, any other car has to be parked out front). The kitchen is small, but the bedrooms are big. The woman at the office is very sweet and willing to help with any problems. Maintence has a high turn around, sometimes they go above and beyond while on other days they do the bare minimum. The neighborhood is WONDERFUL. They are great to military. The walls are thick so you cant hear every noise your neighbor makes. I would recommend these townhomes.
