Over the flast year I have lived here and it would have it has been the best year. I have lived all over the united states and I have never had a more enjoyable time than I have here. With its convient access to all of north charleston and its accessability to the naval base and convient to I-26 it puts all others to shame. With 1200 sq. ft. townhouses it is perfect for all mititary individuals and young couples. The units are very spacious the way they are laid out. Contary to all other townhouses the walls are very good, I have never heard or had a complaint with my neighbors. The landscapeing is another great point. There are nice trees almost on every lot and the landscaping crews are always working. Either mowing, adding flowers or just the usual maintiance. The staff there is unquestionably their strongest point. They are always willing to meet your every need. If there is a discripancy they are on top of it asap. I would definatly recomend this townhouse community to anyone moving to the north charleston area or even looking to upgrade from a apartment or even another townhouse.
