I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is a first time mover. The rent is a little unreasonable if you do not catch a special. The kitchen in the one bedroom does not have enough cabinent space and they are old and out-dated. The bedrooms are large, but are awkwardly planned which makes it difficult if you plan to have a tv stand and a dresser. Maintenance does not have a problem with coming to fix anything, but they also do not have a problem with taking anything that they like. Hide your personal items of value or importance. Parking is terrible. The only time I get to park in front of my building is when I work the night shift. The landscapers make entirely too much noise and it seems as if they are always doing construction work on the buildings. Despite all of the bad things that I have pointed out, if you move in on a special priced lease, you will get your money's worth. I can say that I feel safe living there as a single female.
