I am very disappointed in the management and staff at Park Place. This is not a peaceful place to live. The grounds are well kept, but maintenance is mediocre and public areas are uninviting. Parking lots are notorious for noise at all hours and residents are inconsiderate of the quiet time policy that is not enforced. Security here is nonexistant. There are lots of kids roaming the property. I do not recommend this property.
