I lived in Park Place for 7 years, in a total of 4 different apartments. I liked the area because it was convenient to most major highways, however, crime is out of control less than a mile away on Remount Road- prostitution, drug deals, and streetwalkers. The apartment itself was very old with baseboards and window bases literally rotting away. Additionally, I had a lot of problems with their maintenance team. While they were quick to respond to issues, it took 3 and 4 trips out before they fixed problems correctly. The apartment had a lot of mold problems, particularly in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I lived in the same apartment for 3 and 1/2 years and when we moved out, they totally rennovated the apartment cabinetry and floors. Another problem....they charged me $460 towards their carpet replacement and rennovation. The staff can be rude when you call for maintenance issues and I found all but one leasing agent to be totally incompetent. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
