We moved into a 3 bedroom villa about a month ago from Mt Pleasant. I am very happy with my townhouse. It is big and has plenty of storage. My neighbors are some of the best I have had in a long time. My husband works at night a lot and I feel very safe here by myself. The office staff is very nice and helpful. One post said that they didnt deliver pizza here. We have had no problems with any pizza or Chinese place delivering to Pepperhill.We have ordered at least 3 different times now. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment and a good price. (Which is hard to find)
