I LIVED AT PEPPERHILL FOR 1 YEAR AND THERE WERE MANY BREAK INS AND ROBBERIES. I ONLY STAYED AS LONG AS I DID BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO BREAK MY LEASE. THE 2 GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE WERE REALLY NICE. THEY TRIED TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS AS BEST THEY COULD. THE APARTMENTS WERE NICE AND THE LANDSCAPING WAS KEPT UP. IT'S JUST NOT A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD.
