These townhomes are discusting. It smelled like old grease and something else ('''). There must've been over 100 layers of paint and in the kitchen you could see that food was painted over. Under the kitchen sink, you there was warped wood from where there had been a leak. The cabinet doors hung funny. The carpet has been obviously patched in some spots. The floors in the bath were warping, the toilets never flushed properly and the drainage was very slow. There had been problems with the plumbing backing up through the whole building. The patio was starting to rot. There was mildew on the concrete and bottom of the wood. The siding on the building was rotting away too. I am a good housekeeper and still there were ants! No matter who came out they never went away.

Some of the staff is decent but there are two that need to find another line of work. One talks so fast you can't understand her and she is always full of crap. She says she will get something done and then doesn't. The manager is the worst. You can't get her to speak to you if it would save your life! She's "always" on the other line. I have personally seen her run to close her door when she saw someone she knew wanted to talk to her coming in. On another resident that was late on her rent, Jan called one of her family members from her application and told them about her being late and possible eviction. I would have sued if it was me! She had no right telling that woman's business.

As for the good reviews that were posted, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the manager that wrote them. I highly recommend going somewhere else to rent. Since then I have found a nice house to rent that cost less than what a villa cost there. The electric cost less, I have privacy and I don't hear the neighbors.
