To start out, when we moved in they told us that we had new carpet and vinyl...not true. The carpet was (obviously) patched, and whoever did it did a bad job. The vinyl had huge scratches in it. You have to park around the back of your building, and they only give you one key for the back door, so someone has to walk around front everyday. It is a very unsafe neighborhood. There was a man shot 30 ft from my front door on May 12th, 2006. There were shots fired twice a few months before!! Don't move here!!
