My family and I have lived here for six months now and find the neighborhood to be very unsafe. The maintenence is very poor as well as the office staff. We have had a huge hole in our living room ceiling with a leak to go along with it for around two months now with no one wanting to fix it properly. The women in the office seem to tell you anything to get you out of the office. I've personally went to the office myself during work hours to find the door still locked. While I stand there and knock the laughter stops yet no one comes to the door to help. Along with the holes in the ceiling and the leak, we have had many other maintenence problems that no one seems to want to fix. You can also hear each and every noise that your neighbors make. There have been numerous times we have heard gunfire and a few months ago there was a drive by about 20 feet from our front door. For the price they charge people to live hear, the office staff and maintenence staff need to start taking a bit of pride in their jobs and start doing things properly. I would not recommend these townhomes to anyone.
